At Altaf Jewellers, we value our customers and aim to provide the best quality jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is as follows:
Conditions for Returns
Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with the invoice and original packaging.
Custom-made, engraved, or specially ordered items are not eligible for return.
For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and nose pins cannot be returned.
Products bought on sale or discount are non-returnable.
Return Process
To request a return, contact us at altaf_jeweller@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once approved, the product must be shipped back securely at the customer’s expense (unless the product delivered was damaged or incorrect).
Returned items will be inspected before approval.
Important Notes
Only approved returns will be accepted. Items failing to meet the conditions will be sent back to the customer.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
